The Creator of beYond, do not collect any information, unless you share your information willingly by making contact. Any information received, will not be shared, or be used for any other purpose, other, than what it is intended for. When you give donations, subscribe or click on ads, information is collected by third parties not associated with beYond or it's creator.

TIERS REWARDS TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

This is all the terms and conditions, applicable to the Tier Rewards available for U-No Wu Patreons. To become a Patreon, and have access to the tier rewards, have a look here.

DEFINITIONS:

Creator = The Creator of beYond.

A. Terms and Conditions Applicable to All Tiers Rewards:

1. To receive the relevant reward or to be a contestant to receive the reward, the Patreon must pay the monthly price for at least 10 months;

2. All content entered (names, photos, writings etc.) by a Patreon, must be family friendly or it will not be considered;

3. Patreons, at no stage, get any shares or rights in beYond or earnings generated by beYond;

4. All content sent (photos, drawings, writings etc.) to the Creator becomes the property of the Creator, and the artists/person sending it surrenders all rights of the content to the Creator;

B. Terms and Conditions applicable to the Name Credit Rewards (R01):

1. Name Credits will only appear in beYond Pro version and no other versions;

C. Terms and Conditions applicable to the Photo Credit Rewards (R02):

1. Name Credits will only appear in beYond Pro version and no other versions;

2. Photo Quality and size will be changed to fit the platform presented if need be at the discretion of the Creator;

3. This Rewards does not apply to Cellphone versions of beYond and will only be included in the Cellphone version, if it doesn't increase the file size too much at the discretion of the Creator.

D. Terms and Conditions applicable to the Title Drawing Rewards (R03):

1. Drawing Credits will only appear in beYond Pro version and no other versions;

2. Drawing Quality and size will be changed to fit the platform presented if need be at the discretion of the Creator;

3. The winning drawing will appear in the Main Menu section of beYond for a minimum of 12 Months. After that, it will, or will not be used at the discretion of the Creator;

E. Terms and Conditions applicable to the Own Ending Rewards (R04):

1. The Ending will appear in beYond Pro version for a period of 12 months, thereafter it will, or will not, be used to the discretion of the Creator;

2. The ending might be slightly edited for language and continuity purposes, but the essence will not be changed;
